Paws Personal Pat Care have been great with my shepherd mix puppy. I love the post walk updates I get & how happy she is out on her walks. I know Kiwi gets so excited to see her Walker Tara. They always are accommodating with my busy schedule.

My two dogs (Cali and Oakley) both go to Paws Personal Pet Care and absolutely love it! Joy and her family are super welcoming, provide excellent care and treat them like her own dogs. She is very accommodating, puts the time in to get to know the dog and will accommodate their needs (Oakley likes space when greeting new dogs). Joy is fantastic at communication, and will always provide you with pictures and updates of my dogs. Tucker has been going to Joy’s for the past two years. He truly loves his ‘home away from home’. Joy loves Tucker as much as her own dog and welcomes him into her home. We get many updates throughout his stay, including photos of him playing with his dog pals. Tucker is a busy chocolate lab and I was worried to send him away, given he is very high energy. Joy had no issues with him and he fits in great, assuring us along the way that he wasn’t ‘too much’. On top of this, Joy is always very accommodating to our last-minute requests for walks or stays and understands that things come up. Our family feels good knowing Tucker is well looked after in a family home.

My husband Robert and I have trusted in Joy for 10 years to look after our cat Peyton while we are away.  Joy takes the time to make Peyton happy, loved and comfortable in our absence. Joy comes to our home to a few times a day to ensure Peyton is fed, has water and clean litter pan. Joy spends time with him brushing him ( which is his favourite thing ) and I know he is happy and looked after & Joy always sends me pictures of him 😁  It is a definite peace of mind knowing he is in great care.

We have been using Joy for our St. Bernard/Poodle, Jessie for years now. We could not think of a better person to take care of her. We have used Joy for daily walking as well as multiple days of boarding. Our girl wags her tail every time we drive up to her house. When Jessie is boarding we know she is well cared for, gets lots of playtime with other dogs and receives a great deal of love. Ella, our toy Aussie, loves Joy and her family. She is always prompt to reply to emails and texts. We feel so comfortable leaving Ella for extended stays as they treat her as if she was one of their own pets. Ella sleeps with Joy or one of the kids and I think she rules the roost. We have always felt that leaving Ella in a home environment with other dogs gives her the best of both worlds. A chance to socialize with other pets and people too!  Thank you Joy and team for treating Ella like one of your own.

Joy and her family have taken exceptional care of our fur baby, George. He has stayed overnight, spent the weekend and stayed for a week while we were on vacation. Joy is a wonderful caretaker for our Ollie pup. Since Ollie was only 3 months old when I needed to find someone to watch her during the day, I was very careful to find someone that truly understands her dogs, their personalities, their individual needs, and how to ensure everyone will get along just fine for the day. Joy is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and incredibly accommodating. She goes the extra mile to make sure her two and four-legged clients feel welcome and at ease. I would recommend Paws Personal pet Care to take care of your pets. Tara has taken care of our little kitty Nala when we go out of town. She loves Tara who keeps me up to date with amazing pictures. Nala seems to nuzzle up to Tara in such an affection way. It certainly sets my mind at ease knowing Tara cares so much. And Nala responds to her too. ❤️

Joy has been walking my dog Bella for quite some time now.   I reached out to her after seeing her van in the neighborhood and I am glad that I did!  Bella and her get along amazingly. She is excellent with dogs! Bella is a rescue and timid around new people until she gets to know them.  It didn’t take long for her to love Joy!   Joy is reliable and gives Bella great walks while I am at work everyday! Joy is AWESOME!! She just has a way with dogs. My Chip is a rescue and is fearful of people, but warmed up to Joy quickly. She knows how to read him and that makes all the difference. And the pictures she sends while I’m away are soooo nice! I love seeing him playing with the other dogs, and knowing he is being so well cared for let’s me relax and enjoy my time away.
